Food and Recipes

We all know that eating healthy & cheaply is nearly impossible in our line of work. However, as a very determined (and slightly obsessed) healthy eater, I've found many ways to carry foods with me that are totally healthy, last at least 2 days of my trip, are easy AND cheap to make! All it takes is just a little preparation the day of/night before of your trip, and you will be eating so many fancy and healthy things, everyone will think you're a professional chef. At least, that's what I hope my crew-members think I am.
